2014 is MY YEAR!!!

I have realized that this is my last year in my 30's...wow!  I am not sad or anything, but I am making this my year!!!  I have so much planned...nothing that can't be accomplished!

My goals are to:  craft more, cook more, read more, and save more!  Not too bad considering last year I barely did any of this.

First thing up is getting my craft room in order.  I am moving rooms to allow my mama space to move in when her house sells.  Even though this is a temporary move, I am going to make this space my own!  When we bought the house Pinterest wasn't around and since I have found many ideas.  Now I can do a trial run of the ideas I love!

Oh and I even ordered photos!!!  Disney 2011 is on it's way!!!  It will be so nice to see these pics and get scrapping.  I am celebrating my 40th with a good friend and the best place on earth...DISNEY WORLD!!!  This will help pass the time.

New Year, New Beginnings...Operation Opolski Organization

This year we are taking on a major overhaul.  We have acquired so much stuff!!!  We have vowed to gut and purge our lives of stuff this year...at least make a huge dent!  This also includes using what we have and doing some home decor.  I hope to be more crafty this year!!!

I can't believe he is already going to be 1!  I forgot to add the date and time.  Oops!  Hope this will get me out of my slump.  I am working on Gramm's right now!

Another "Home" Vacation gone...

Both Drew and I were off the last week and I got NOTHING accomplished!!  Drew spent everyday working at his mom's which was planned, but I was hoping to do stuff while he was gone.

I did manage to try 2 new recipes from Pinterest!!  I have the 2nd one in the crockpot now!

I need to make a baby gift for my cousin and really should start organizing my thoughts for a nice craft project.

I also need to start working on teacher gifts for the nephews!  They will be here in a couple of weeks and want to send them back with them to save on shipping!

Getting Ready for May...

Well I didn't get any Pinterest projects done on my last vacation.  I have 9 days off this time and not sure how many I will get done this time. 

May is going to be so busy.  I need to help my neighbor with graduation announcements, my nephew Reed will be baptized, I need to finish my nephew's teacher gifts! 

Danica is doing well.  She is adjusting and Daisy LOVES having a new sister!!!

10 Days 10 Projects!!

Like many, I have become addicted to Pinterest.  I spend way too much time on there and have only done 2 recipes since beginning.  Now I have 10 days off and have high expectations!  Tomorrow I am heading to CKC with my friend Michele and I hope to do some of the layouts that I have pinned!!  I also need to get Reed's Baptism invites in the mail.  Those will be addressed and ready to go out on Monday!!

When I return from CKC I hope to do some of the recipes, organization projects, and home decor pins.  I think Drew is skeptical of the cooking!  I told him I want to eat at the table every day next week!

Oh and another exciting thing for next week is we are bringing home our new pup.  Danica "Dani" will be a little over 10 weeks, but will finally be home!  She is a beagle, pug, lab, basset mix!  She will be joining our beagle/basset Daisy!
